Corporate licensing

For Organisations and Executive Coaches

Organisations and executive coaches wishing to use the Factor8™ Different Leaders Assessment Tool as part of their in house development programmes must purchase a corporate licence. This entitles the company to use the Factor8 360 assessment tool for two years.

To become a licensed user an organisation should follow the process below.

Identify suitable administrators

Organisations should be able to identify named individuals who would have ultimate responsibility for administering the tool, de-briefing the participants with the report and providing a coaching programme to follow up on the results of the report. These individuals could be:

•  Managers with line management responsibility
•  Members of learning and development departments
•  Internal trainers or
•  External trainers

Arrange training for administrators

To become a F8 DLAT administrator, the identified individuals need to attend the Factor8 Different Leaders Assessment Tool training with the Diversity Practice. Training can be provided either in-company for a minimum group of 5 people or by attendance at our open programmes.

F8 DLAT training consists of a one day highly interactive and experiential workshop which ensures that individuals have a full understanding of how to administer and debrief the assessment.

Corporate licence

Once these conditions are met,  a two year corporate licence is issued allowing the use of the Factor8™ Different Leaders Assessment Tool for all employees. Please note that a licence has to be purchased for each employee. Learn more about multiple licences or purchase here.
